Dr Bruna has been a Brazilian dermatologist since 2017. She completed both a Master’s degree and a PhD focused on the pathogenesis of skin diseases, with research published in renowned scientific journals. Her work has been recognised with national awards on two occasions at Brazilian dermatology conferences.

She undertook clinical observerships at leading dermatology services at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

Seeking to further develop her expertise in oncodermatology, Dr Bruna moved to Australia, where she worked at Westmead Hospital between 2024 and 2025. During her time in Sydney, she actively participated in teaching activities for medical students and nursing staff.

As an internationally trained dermatologist Dr. Bruna Morassi Sasso is currently in the process of securing recognition in Australia. During this process, Dr. Bruna Morassi Sassos title is ‘Dermatology Fellow’. This does not affect her prescribing rights or eligibility for Medicare claims. We are simply informing you of the doctor’s title out of courtesy.

Dr Bruna is available for new and review patients on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s.
